2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the grocapps.iowebsite and any apps published by Groc Apps, including Cleanie (together, “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

3. Acceptance

By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• Use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights;
• Resell or redistribute the Services without permission.

5. User accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, copy, and trademarks, are owned by GROC APPS S.L. or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Subscriptions and payments

If a Service includes a paid plan, the price, billing cycle, and cancellation rules will be presented to you at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by the app store you purchased from (Apple or Google). EU consumers benefit from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your platform’s billing settings. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy of the platform you purchased from.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROC APPS S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes when feasible.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
